A YOUNG man is fighting for life after being shot in the neck in Melbourne's north.
Police say the 19-year-old was shot from a car on Dalton Road, Thomastown late on Saturday night.
He was taken to hospital, where he remains in a critical condition.
Police have appealed for any witnesses to come forward.
