A MAN has been charged over the stabbing of another man in Melbourne's inner east.
A 46-year-old Caulfield man was taken to hospital in a critical condition after being stabbed in a supermarket car park at Balaclava on Saturday night.
Police on Sunday charged a 37-year-old St Kilda man with intentionally causing serious injury and other assault related offences.
He will face Melbourne Magistrates Court later on Sunday.
