Police confirm body of missing Melbourne man found in river in New Zealand - ABC Online

New Zealand police have confirmed that a body found in a river near Hamilton yesterday is that of missing Australian man Paul Arber.


Mr Arber was last seen early Sunday morning swimming in the Waikato River.


His body was found by a school-girl rowing team.


Police have officially identified the body and say a post-mortem indicates there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.


The 38-year-old tennis coach was in New Zealand with a group of young players for a tennis tournament.
