A man accused of murdering a baby during a burglary in central Victoria wants his trial moved to Melbourne because of publicity on the case.
20-year-old Harley Hicks has been committed to stand trial for the murder of Zayden Veal at a Bendigo home in June last year.
But his barrister's told the Victorian Supreme Court he'll apply to have the trial heard in Melbourne because of concerns about local publicity.
