A man who killed a Melbourne prostitute then claimed she died in a sex act gone wrong has been jailed for 24 years.
Steven Constantinou, 49, murdered sex worker Johanna "Jazzy O" Martin to avoid paying a debt then told police she died in an erotic asphyxiation fantasy that turned to tragedy.
Victorian Supreme Court Justice Phillip Priest on Friday jailed Constantinou for 24 years with a non-parole period of 20 years.
