July 16, 2013: Police have spent the night blocking a street in Reservoir in Melbourne’s north after relatives discovered a woman’s body.
Homicide Squad detectives are investigating after woman's body was found at a house in Melbourne's north.
Police found the woman's body in the rear yard of a Massey Avenue home at Reservoir after it was discovered by a relative on Monday evening about 9.45pm.
The woman is believed to be aged in her 40s.
Shocked friends were met by police at a road block on Massey Ave just after midnight, the Herald Sun reports.

A cousin of the deceased woman said she lived with her mother.
Forensic officers are at the scene but no arrests have been made and the road block continues.
