Time to get rid of these old fuddy duddies councillors, who want to halt projects like these. employment would increase,office space would increase with rising population. We can take back a lot of the business that defected to Sydney in the early nineties. Lets move with the time and make Melbourne a true cosmopolitan metropolis that is known for its wonderful building's and architecture, we are not blessed like Sydney with natural beauty,but we can sure create a spectacle.
