Daniel Piccolotto, 26, and Brittany Culmsee, 20, are wanted over an alleged kidnapping and armed robbery at around 2.30am (AEDT) on January 3.
Police say the victim, a 24-year-old woman from the northern suburbs, was found on the same day.
The wanted pair are believed to be in Melbourne's northern suburbs and travelling in a stolen red 1999 Honda CRV wagon, registration PQT-696.
Detectives believe that Ms Culmsee has an injury to her face and may seek or have sought medical treatment.
Police say the pair are potentially armed and should not be approached by the public.
