TWO men have been charged with assault after an alleged bashing in Melbourne’s CBD early this morning.
Police said the victim, in his 30s, remains on life support at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
Dominic Abiel, 23, from Footscray, was charged with recklessly causing serious injury and other assault-related charges.
He was remanded in custody to appear before Melbourne Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
An 18-year-old man from St Albans was also charged with intentionally cause injury and other assault-related charges.
The teen was bailed to appear on Melbourne Magistrates' Court on May 23.
