    A man has died following an underground explosion on a Melbourne construction site.Emergency services were called to the construction site on Medley Close, Harkaway, in Melbourne’s south east, about 11.40am.An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said the man was trapped in a trench or a tunnel following a "below ground explosion".
