Body found in Melbourne's Yarra River - ABC Online

A man's body has been found in the Yarra River in Melbourne.


The body was spotted by a worker from a boat at Banana Alley Wharf about 10:00am (AEST), police said.


Victoria Police believe the body was that of a 38-year-old man who could have been in the water for up to two days.


It is not yet known if the death is suspicious.


Police said they will check CCTV in the area.
