If you’ve been anywhere near the internet in the past week, there’s a good chance you’ve seen that viral Train Station cartoon that’s racked up over a million views already, featuring the A-Grade bogans Darren and “Ciggie Butt Brain” Damo.
And now the denizens of Dapto train station have their own soundtrack: emerging producer Pandaa has given Train Station a Melbourne Sound remix, with that signature slowed-down-psytrance wub and snippets of dialogue from the cartoon. Appropriately titled Ciggy Butt Brain, it’s the homage to being a deadbeat loighta scab we’ve all been waiting for.
While he’s only a few tunes deep, Pandaa has already proven himself to have a bit of a sense of humour: besides Ciggy Butt Brain, his other works include the tongue in cheek musical guide to becoming Will Sparks, How To Make A Melbourne Banger, and a cautionary tale of the dangers of Boost, Ribena and Golden Circle Pineapple, Loose On Juice.
