An elderly man and woman have died in a car crash in Melbourne's western suburbs.
Emergency services were called to Melton about 10.30pm on Friday after the car the two were travelling in collided with a four-wheel drive while turning on to the Western Freeway.
Police said the man and woman both died at the scene, while three 21-year-old men travelling in the other vehicle were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
