Victoria's sheriff has issued a warning to taxi drivers as he chases up more than more than $22 million in unpaid road fines.
Cab drivers have amassed around 10,000 unpaid fines for traffic offences, parking tickets and unpaid tolls.
Sheriff Brendan Facey says the rivers will be caught using using GPS and numberplate recognition technology to track them down.
"Taxi drivers, like all other drivers, are required to comply with the road rules.
We've been working with the Taxi Services Commission for a little while to try to take action against anybody that's got outstanding fines like that.
"Sheriff's officers are out there all day everyday running operations and enforcing warrants to get the unpaid fines."
