A woman was grabbed around the throat and indecently assaulted during an attempted car-jacking in Melbourne.
Police say a shirtless man jumped into the 39-year-old woman's car as she stopped in traffic in Noble Park on July 3.
He indecently assaulted her and grabbed her by the throat before she managed to push her elbow on the car horn.
The man, described as being of Pacific Islander appearance, then got out of the car.
Police have released a face image of a man, aged between 17 and 21 years, they are seeking over the attack.
