Fears are mounting for the safety of a Melbourne woman who's been missing since telling her family she was going to the doctor four days ago.
Sandra Pevitt, 45, was last seen by her partner at about 8.30am on November 7 at home in Werribee.
Police say Ms Pevitt told a family member she was going to the doctor but her regular clinic has said she had no appointment that day and did not attend the surgery.
She has not been to work or spoken to family since she was last seen.
"We miss her terribly, we're very concerned for her safety and simply want her back," her partner Paul Czech told reporters on Sunday.
Ms Pevitt is described as Caucasian, 167cm tall, medium build, blonde shoulder-length straight hair, brown eyes and wears frameless glasses.
When she was last seen she was wearing blue jeans, a grey sports top, brown and white knitted jacket and white runners with a pink trim.
Her car, a silver 2010 Hyundai i30 wagon, Victorian registration XVL2 84 is also missing.
